Why Not Meditate?

Our Universe is living testimony to a powerful Presence of enormous Intelligence that permeates all it has created. In it we live and move and have our being. We are part of it and it is part of us because it created us and projected us forward from an energy state of being into an incarnate state of being. This theme has echoed down the ages giving hope to humankind when all appeared lost. Sometimes corrupted, sometimes lost to sight, nevertheless the thread of this theme endures to this very day.

Pulsating within each of us is a spark of this living, divine energy. Believe it or not, this energy is the same consciousness that also has the power to create something as small as a grain of sand or as large as a distant galaxy. Why have we not been taught how to tap into this energy that resides deep within our beings? Of course, we have been taught, but not too many have listened. Most are focussed outwardly, overcome by the problems of daily living, or ensnared by the glamour of earth plane living and its pleasures.

Have you experienced its whisperings within your being? Does a mysterious intelligence seem to well up from deep inside you at times? Have you dismissed it as your imagination? You will come to understand that your consciousness has no limits if you let it rise above those circumstances that seem to weigh you down. Inspiration and intuition are not haphazard events but come into play when you draw, at will upon this mighty Presence.

Silent and formless, it awaits contact with your mind to enable you to bring your true potential into outer reality. This is a phenomenon natural to all human beings who attune with its energy. There are subtle faculties of the mind just beyond the surface awaiting your positive command. They respond to natural law and benefit all who learn to use them. Many have used these abilities down through the ages, and their names are known world wide as the great ones of planet earth.

But you also have these same abilities lying latent with you just awaiting your discovery. These same energies assist you in balancing the the different functions of your existence, namely, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual and will bring you ultimately into an understanding of your existence and why you are here on the earth plane. The energy is directed by a force within you that vibrates at a very high rate and this is why it may appear to be difficult to communicate with it.

This force has been known by many different names such as the soul, the master within, divine guidance, the Christ within, the Father, the Mother, Mother/Father, great spirit, the God within, God immanent, the higher self, the inner guide, the guardian angel, the angel of the presence. The name matters little, it is your focus and intent to communicate that will put you in touch with its divine essence because it has the ability to to draw its human child into communion or communication with itself if it perceives a willingness to connect. In this communion or communication lies the fulfillment of the spiritual needs that humanity is so desperately seeking today. Have not many of the great ones said: "The kingdom of heaven is within you?" Yet so many are seeking outside for it.

The separateness between humanity and its Source has reached a pinnacle and many are now seeking the a return path back to the Source. The ability to connect with your Source, that mighty Presence that exists within you, is the true meaning of the word meditation.This does not mean sitting and pondering something that you can only imagine. Various steps in meditation are required to bring your body, emotional, body mental body and other subtle bodies into harmony, balance and alignment with the energies of your Source. Initially, your aura is cleansed and your chakra system, cleared, opened and then activated. The symbolic resonance between you and your Higher Self is brought into alignment to allow the opening of the subtle faculties of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance. Further instruction allows for the soul-merge to occur. At this point, the communion between all parts - personality to Higher Self - your Source is accomplished and also active in your outer life.
